حضرت آیت الله صدیقی خطاب به حضرت آیت الله اعرافی:
همانطور که انقلاب از حوزه ها آغاز گردید، میطلبد حضرتعالی پرچمدار انقلاب در حوزه فریضتین باشید و انقلابی در این خصوص از حوزه های علمیه شروع شود که نتیجه ی آن تحولی بزرگ در سطح تبدیل فرهنگ اسلامی به فرهنگ رفتاری در سایه ولایت فقیه، توجه و دعای امام عصر شود
این دیدار که با حضور دکتر محمد صالح هاشمی گلپایگانی قائم مقام و دبیر ستاد امر به معروف و نهی از منکر کشور و همچنین معاونین ستاد و حوزه علمیه برگزار شد مصوباتی به همراه داشت که به شرح ذیل است:
۱. تشکیل یک دبیرخانه و کارگروه تخصصی مشترک جهت پیگیری امور مربوط به ستاد امر به معروف و نهی از منکر
۲.تدوین برنامه مشترک در مدت سه ماه در خصوص راه کارهای اجرایی ۵ ساله در کشور
۳.قرار گیری موضوع امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در درختواره مهارتی حوزه علمیه قم
۴.رشته ای تحت عنوان آموزش امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در حوزه های علمیه تدوین و در درختواره رشته ها قرار بگیرد
۵.معاون پژوهشی در خصوص کتاب فقه معاصر پژوهش گسترده ای انجام و موضوع امر به معروف ونهی ازمنکر را در مطالب کتاب قرار دهند
۶. بخشی از عناوین پایان نامه ها و مقالات حوزه علمیه با محوریت و موضوع امر به معروف و نهی از منکر انجام پذیرد
۷.در گروه های جهادی بخشی تحت عنوان امر به معروف و نهی از منکر راه اندازی گردد تا از ظرفیت ستاد حوادث حوزه در این خصوص استفاده شود
۸.محوری در حوزه بسیج قرار داده شود که امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در این قشر موضوعیت پیدا کند و بصورت تخصصی و کارگروهی به آن پرداخت شود
۹. در دروس خارج حوزه درس امر به معروف و نهی از منکر بصورت رسمی تدوین شود و توسط اساتید صاحب نام تدریس شود
۱۰.راه اندازی بخش پاسخگویی به موضوعات مخصوص امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در مرکز پاسخ به سوالات و شبهات فقهی
۱۱.ایجاد تشکل هایی در خصوص حمایت از آمرین و ناهیان از منکر در خصوص امر به معروف و نهی از منکر طلاب تا از پایه و بنا در حوزه بتوان دفاع کرد
۱۲.در معاونت تهذیب حوزه بخشی تحت عنوان امر به معروف و نهی از منکر ایجاد شود تا بصورت رسمی تمام حوزه ها شورای امر به معروف و نهی از منکر را تحت ذیل این معاونت اجرایی نمایند
۱۳.تعامل و همکاری تخصصی واحد بين‌الملل و واحد فضای مجازی حوزه علمیه با معاونتهای مرتبط ستاد امر به معروف و نهی از منکر
۱۴.تشکیل شوراهای امر به معروف و نهی از منکر تحت ذیل معاونت تهذیب حوزه های علمیه سراسر کشور
