وزیر امور اقتصادی و دارایی اعلام کرد: با توجه به موافقت دولت با رجیستری آیفون های بالای ۱۳، برای رجیستر شدن آیفون هایی که در دست مردم قرار دارد و پیشتر وارد کشور شده است، تمهیداتی در نظر گرفته‌ایم.
به گزارش روز شنبه ایرنا از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی دولت، «عبدالناصر همتی» در این باره اظهار داشت: طبق برآوردها حدود یک میلیون از این نوع گوشی ها دست مردم است و جزو دارایی آنهاست که عملا بلا استفاده شده است از این رو باید تمهیدی برای استفاده از این گوشی‌ها نیز در نظر گرفت.
به گزارش ایرنا، سازمان توسعه تجارت پیش از این اعلام کرده بود که از پنجم آذرماه امکان ثبت تلفن مسافری وجود دارد، افرادی که از ۱۷ آبان به صورت مسافری واردات آیفون داشته‌اند و به گمرگ نیز اظهار کرده‌اند، می‌توانند وارد سامانه گمرک شوند، حقوق ورودی را پرداخت کنند و آیفون آنها رجیستر می‌شود. این استعلام همزمان از سامانه همتا نیز گرفته می‌شود و کار انجام خواهد شد.
طبق اعلام این سازمان در مورد گوشی‌هایی که از اسفند ۱۴۰۱ تا ۱۷ آبان امسال وارد کشور شده است، مراتب مربوطه با توجه به ملاحظات حقوقی، به ستاد مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و معاونت حقوقی ریاست جمهوری اعلام شده تا بررسی و تصمیم‌گیری شود و تقاضا می شود افراد از مراجعه به دستگاه‌های مرتبط تا تصمیم گیری نهایی جدا خودداری کنند.
همچنین برای رویه تجاری واردات آیفون نیز موضوع در دست بررسی است و دستگاه‌های مرتبط از جمله وزارت صمت و بانک مرکزی در حال بررسی شیوه‌های تامین منابع ارزی این موضوع و نحوه واردات آن هستند که در صورت به نتیجه رسیدن متعاقبا اعلام خواهد شد.
براساس قانون بودجه، حقوق ورودی در رویه‌های تجاری واردات آیفون ۱۵ درصد و در رویه‌های مسافری هم ۳۰ درصد است.
