به گزارش عرفان نیوز به نقل از پول نیوز، یکی از مشکلاتی که کشور سال‌هاست با آن دست و پنجه نرم می‌کند، مهاجرت به شهر‌ها از روستاهاست. راه حل این مشکل که باعث ایجاد بحران‌های شهری و مشکلات اقتصادی شده، ایجاد امکانات و تسهیلات برای افرادی است که در روستا‌ها ساکن هستند. یکی از این موارد، ایجاد امکانات پولی و بانکی در مناطق روستایی است تا این مناطق بتوانند به پویایی اقتصادی برسند و باعث ایجاد مهاجرت معکوس شود.
پست بانک به عنوان برترین بانک دولتی، تمام تمرکز خود را بر ایجاد رونق اقتصادی در روستا‌ها گذاشته است. در همین مورد سید رحمان حسین پور رییس اداره کل روابط عمومی پست بانک ایران در حاشیه پانزدهمین نمایشگاه صنعت مالی (بورس، بانک، بیمه) به بیان مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی پست بانک و راه‌اندازی باجه‌های پست بانک در مناطق روستایی پرداخت.
رییس اداره کل روابط عمومی پست بانک ایران افزود: رسالت ایجاد بانک در راستای حمایت از مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی بوده و با همین نگاه و رویکرد، خدمات خود را ارائه می‌کند.
وی گفت: پست بانک ایران با شش هزار باجه بانکی که توجیه اقتصادی برای دیگر بانک‌ها ندارد، در شش هزار منطقه روستایی باجه ایجاد کرده و خدمات بانکی و پولی به مردم ازائه میدهد و در کاهش هزینه‌های ملی نقش اساسی و ملی دارد.
حسین پور با اعلام اینکه حضور پست بانک در روستا‌ها باعث شده تا حجم مسافرت‌ها و مصرف بنزین کمترشود گفت: عملکرد موثر پست بانک باعث مهاجرت معکوس به روستا‌ها شده که این مهمترین نقش اساسی و محوری پست بانک است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه پست بانک حدود ۴۰ نوع خدمات پولی و بانکی در روستا‌ها ارائه میدهد گفت: پست بانک ایران مروج فرهنگ بانکداری الکترونیک در روستاهاست.
رییس روابط عمومی پست بانک با تاکید بر اینکه بانک توانسته خدمات پولی و بانکی را به صورت برخط با خطوط ارتباطی که از سوی وزارت ارتباطات در روستا‌ها ایجاد شده و خطوط اینترنتی که وجود دارد ارایه دهد گفت: پست بانک می‌تواند بر اساس همین ابزار‌های ارتباطی، خدمات بانکی برخط را به روستا‌ها ارائه دهد و عمده فعالیت‌هایی که مردم روستا‌ها در حوزه پولی و بانکی نیاز دارند، به آن‌ها را ارائه میدهیم.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه پست بانک در ایجاد اشتغال نقش اساسی و محوری داشته گفت: با تسهیلات خردی که پست بانک به مردم روستا‌ها میدهد، روستاییان می‌توانند در حوزه باغداری، کشاورزی و دامداری مدارک خود را تحویل دهند.
حسین پور با اعلام اینکه درباره ضامن هم برای روستاییان آنچنان سختگیری نمی‌شود گفت: همان ملک و املاکی که روستاییان دارند یا کسانی که ساکن روستا هستند، چنانچه مورد تایید روستا، دهیار و شورای محل باشند، تسهیلات به آن‌ها تعلق می‌گیرد.
وی در خصوص افرادی که متقاضی ایجاد باجه پست بانک در روستای خود هستند گفت: شرایط برای روستا‌هایی که خواستار ایجاد باجه پست بانک در روستای خود هستند، بدین صورت است که باید در مکانی مناسب باشد و گردش مالی برای کسی که متقاضی ایجاد باجه است، داشته باشد.
رییس روابط عمومی پست بانک افزود: برای متقاضی باجه باید گردش مالی وجود داشته باشد یا اگر در حوزه دامداری و کشاورزی است، باید گردش مالی وجود داشته باشد.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه فرد متقاضی می‌بایست تحصیل کرده دوره‌های مربوط به بانکداری و بانکداری الکترونیک باشد گفت: حتی اگر در این زمینه فرد متقاضی تحصیلات مرتبط هم نداشته باشد، با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی این مشکل مرتفع می‌شود. در ادامه فرد مورد نظر درخواست ایجاد باجه میدهد، دهیاری و شورای روستا تایید می‌کند و این درخواست به شعبه ناظر شهرستان منتقل می‌شود و شهرستان مربوطه به استان منتقل می‌شود، در نهایت با تایید صلاحیت؛ فرد می‌تواند باجه پست بانک خود را در محیطی به مساحت حداقل ۴۰ متر ایجاد کند.
حسین پور با تاکید بر اینکه پست بانک به اندازه‌ای توانمندی و ظرفیت دارد که توانسته در مکان‌های مدنظر روستاییان باجه ایجاد کند گفت: بدلیل اهمیت پست بانک مسوولان محلی، نمایندگان و فرمانداران در بسیاری از موارد درخواست ایجاد باجه کرده اند تا بتوانند روستاییان را در روستای خود حفظ کنند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه مسوولان روستا برای ایجاد باجه پست بانک، شخص معرفی می‌کنند گفت: با این وصف صلاحیت افراد را بررسی می‌کنیم تا نسبت به توانمندی فرد معرفی شده مطمئن شویم.
رییس روابط عمومی پست بانک با تاکید بر اینکه باجه‌ای که ایجاد می‌شود، قطعا باعث کاهش مهاجرت، کاهش مصرف سوخت، کاهش آلودگی هوا و… می‌شود گفت: برای حضور در روستا‌ها خودمان را موظف و ملزم می‌دانیم که به سمت مسوولیت‌های اجتماعی قدم برداریم و این را ثابت کردیم.
حسین پور با اعلام اینکه سال گذشته پست بانک این توفیق را داشت که در نظام بانکی دولتی عنوان برترین بانک دولتی را بدست آورد گفت: از سوی وزارت اقتصاد و دارایی به عنوان برترین بانک دولتی انتخاب شدیم که به این جایگاه افتخار می‌کنیم و به تک تک همکاران خود در پست بانک ایران دست مریزاد می‌گوییم.
