رئیس بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی از ارائه پیشنهاد افزایش وام مسکن روستای به ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان خبر داد و گفت: سال ۱۴۱۰ جشن اتمام مقاوم‌سازی واحدهای مسکن روستایی را برگزار می‌کنیم.
به نقل از عرفان نیوز ، اکبر نیکزاد در مراسم امضای تفاهمنامه با صندوق کارآفرینی امید اظهار کرد: از سال 84 تا امروز بنیاد مسکن سالانه 200 هزار واحد مسکن روستایی را نوسازی کرده است.
وی با بیان اینکه سال 84 فقط 7 درصد واحدهای مسکن روستایی در برابر زلزله مقاوم بود، افزود: امروز بیش از 50 درصد واحدهای مسکونی در روستاهای کشور مقاوم‌سازی شده است.
رئیس بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی با بیان اینکه بر اساس برنامه‌ریزی انجام شده سال 1410 جشن مقاوم سازی واحدهای مسکونی روستایی را برگزار خواهیم کرد یادآور شد: بر اساس برنامه ساخت سالانه یک میلیون مسکن در کشور بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی 200 هزار واحد مسکن روستایی و 200 هزار واحد مسکن شهری را خواهد ساخت.
نیکزاد با تاکید بر اینکه ساخت و سازهای مسکن با محوریت مردم انجام خواهد شد، در پاسخ به پرسش تسنیم مبنی بر اینکه قرار است وام مسکن روستایی چه میزان باشد، تصریح کرد: به دولت پیشنهاد داده‌ایم که وام مسکن روستایی به 200 میلیون تومان افزایش یابد.
وی افزود: این پیشنهاد در جلسه آتی شورای عالی مسکن مطرح می‌شود که با توجه به علاقه رئیس جمهور به روستائیان با آن موافقت خواهد شد.
رئیس بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی بیان کرد: سود وام 200 میلیون تومانی 5 درصد و دوره بازپرداخت آن 20 ساله است.
نیکزاد تاکید کرد: با افزایش سقف وام مسکن به 200 میلیون تومان شاهد تسریع در روند نوسازی و مقاوم‌سازی واحدهای مسکونی در روستاها خواهیم بود.
